There are no any platform link to my ea account. I’m only play my game from EA my PC. And l checked my connection nothing is linked for sure.
I read through the article u send to me. I’m not connected to any other platform or unlink any platform during this season. And l play to predater from my PC，I still have my level pass and herlooms.
the only progress missing is my rank. Can u plz check for me what is going on ?
