Red dot but no new skin

Hello
I haven't played for more than a year and came back to game to find out a thing that drives me crazy.

My issue is that I have a red dot for new skin in pathfinder's tab, however I don't have one.

Asked support and I recieved an answer that is it because I have used an exploit to get a skin (twith prime's one I guess), however I didn't. I had twitch prime but I don't remember if I connected it or not at that time (I dont' use it anymore). 

I don't really care about skins overall and I don't even play pathfinder, I just want to remove that dot, cause it kinda drives me nuts. Also my account was hacked for quite a long time, maybe you can track that or how I reclaimed it to get some info you would need.

Urvashi (16.05.2020, 11:26:38): Well Andrey, we do not have such option to add skin in the game however I would recommend you to try playing few more games and also try repairing the game .This should fix the issue for you .
