Refund my apex coins

I accidentally bought apex coins with leftover steam money and I really want a refund. I thought I'd be able to refund through steam but they just told me to go to Apex Legend's publisher which is EA. Please help!

Hi @NRG_itscentrix We are unable to refund purchases handled from a different platform (similar to purchases made on a Playstation or Xbox), I would recommend reaching out to our support so they can look into what options may be available.

hey i have a question about this can you refund apex coins but when you bought them they did not go on your acccount because when i bought the apex coins they did not go through but it took my money and did not give me the 2,150 coins that i purchased which is 20 USD and now i have to get a refund.
