Regarding apex cross progression
A question regarding apex legends cross progression, they said that unlinking/relinking your account may cause problems but what if my psn account was never linked? am i safe to link it or do i wait until i get the cross progress prompt to link it after?

I believe you should be okay with you linking another platform.
As long as both platform accounts are under the same EA Account to have Cross Progression finalized.
