In my region its hard to find matches in battlefield 2042 so I used VPN everytime I played , which gave me a stable connection also and now you have launched EA App which crashes or doesn't launch when connected to a VPN. I dont even have any support option when I tried to go on contact page option it shows recommended contact option and below its just this page. So I have come here to get a solution regarding this issue I used origin before and then it said download EA app and I did but now its a complete headache.Without a VPN the games are unplayable for me. Everything was working fine on origin and also on every other game from steam or other platforms it works completely fine its just on this app I am having issues.I tried reinstalling I tried connecting to VPN after the app launches it just straight up crashesI tried connecting before launching the app but it just says unresolvable error occurred please if someone can help me it ll be a blessing .

Hello,Maybe it sounds so to you, but actually it's an EA App thing. Does Steam app work flawlessly with VPN? Sure. Does EA App even log me in WITHOUT VPN? Not so much. After an hour of troubleshooting blocks my STAR WARS Battlefront Season Pass. Rockstar works,GOG works,Steam works,EA ... prompts that it's a network thing.Maybe you guys should just fix your stuff and you guy should just stop trolling and get some logic lectures on edx or Coursera. They also work with VPN.And I'm also using a very popular VPN service.Regards.

This sounds like an issue related to your VPN,Have you tried switching VPN server and/or tried to change vpn services?

@coldasice10101 we cannot use vpn anymore now I'm stuck with eithrr 400ms on singapore on apex or just have to use 250ping servers that fluctuates to 350ms which are both bad

Just tried.
Did the following with my VPN up and running.

Launched EA App.
Logged in to the EA App.
Downloaded a game on the EA App.
Launched a game.

Had 0 crasches, 0 errors, and 0 issues.

So with this said,
The issue might be with your VPN Providers software, servers and service.

@iamfifa20player I'm using Mullvad and i even tried with ivpn and had no issues. Are you using a "unknown" brand or a famous?
Have you tried hooking the vpn up using WireGuard, OpenVPN Or by adding a VPN connection profile on your windows? (Settings > Network & Internet > VPN > Add a VPN connection

I am using CyberGhost VPN. It adds VPN connection on windows automatically.

Having the same exact problem, I've been using the same VPN service without a problem for a long time. I contacted CyberGhost VPN and they said it was not their app that was broken...

@EzyHawk Ive been finally able to resolve my issues with EA app that i had for several months popping errors seconds after i launched it...i was unable to play any games. Now i know that something in this crappy EA app is interfering with my CyberGhost VPN. A VPN that no other gaming app has any problem with (steam, epic games, battle.net). This is clearly issue with this unfinished app and EA obviously gives a sh*t about it. Disgusting

@Smelly_C🤭ck I also use Cyberghost, I just bought Mass Effect LE via Steam and of course EA app refuses to work when i'm connected via VPN. It's already a pain in the * to have to play through 2 DRM... I'm pissed. What solution did you find please?
