Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unlink EA and Steam accounts and try to link them again
What happens when the bug occurs? The game asks to open the Steam overlay to complete the registration, in turn, Steam does not launch the overlay because it sees that the game has not yet started
What do you expect to see? A working game
When trying to launch the game Apex legens, an error pops up saying that the game's account is not registered with EA, and to complete the registration, you need to open the Steam Overlay. Steam Overlay itself does not launch in this window, as it believes that the program is not running
Your EA account and Steam account are linked.
Reinstalling the launchers and the game didn't help, and a clean start didn't help either.

Hey @Chpock_
I know you checked your general steam settings according to the first image you attached, but have you checked if the Steam overlay has been enabled for Apex itself?
Within Steam you can also change the overlay settings per game, which would override the general Steam settings, if this one is disabled then you would need to re-enable it.
