First off, let me start by saying welcome to EA’s “Answer HQ”. AHQ is a community-based support platform. It's a new approach to our community experience and a fun way of helping other players or getting answers (from players & experts).
Unfortunately, we can not help here in the Answer HQ forum, because we are only forum members like You. It is necessary that you dispute the Ban at EA TOS team:

If I click on "RESUME CASE"(picture 1 or https://help.ea.com/en/help-my-cases/) I get send back to https://help.ea.com/en/help-contact-us (picture 2) and nothing happends.

Hi @ImViolation11,
Your first image shows that case status is still in progress, which means our ToS team has not completed their investigation. There's nothing to resume at this time as it's still with the team for review.
At that point you'll just need to wait for a reply from the team. You would be able to resume the case once it's received a response if you need to follow up after that appeal is complete.
