Request for Apex Account Recovery - Account Reset Issue

Dear EA Customer Support Team,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to seek urgent assistance with my Apex Legends account, which has been unexpectedly reset and I am unable to access my previous progress. I desperately need help to restore my account to its original state.
Here are the details of my issue:
Account History:
I have been playing Apex Legends on the Origin platform since early 2022. At that time, I actively played the game and accumulated significant in-game progress, including leveling up my character, unlocking cosmetics, and earning various achievements. However, I haven't logged in for a while due to personal reasons.
Current Problem:
Recently, I decided to resume playing Apex Legends and linked my Origin account to my Steam platform via the EA app. To my surprise, my Apex account has been completely reset to level 1, losing all my previous progress, in-game items, and currencies. This has been extremely frustrating as I invested a lot of time and effort into building my account.
Possible Causes and Actions Taken:
I double-checked my account details during the linking process and confirmed that I used the correct EA/Origin credentials. I suspect that the account synchronization might have encountered an error, leading to data loss. I have also tried signing in through both Origin and Steam, but the issue persists.

    I've removed some of the details shared in your post since these are public forums visible to everyone - please keep any account details secure!

    As far as the account itself, are there any other emails you may have used in the past that you could check? I understand you've said that this has already been double-checked, however the account you're currently posting with has only launched Apex on any platform very recently. If you were playing back in 2022, that would have definitely been on a different EA account.

    If there aren't any other emails that may have been used at all, it's also possible your account with this email was accessed at some point by someone else who then changed the email. After that point if you tried using the email again, you would have been able to create this new account, but it would not be the same account despite using the same email again.

    It would be best to contact support directly so they can help try to track down the original account that may have used this email otherwise, as that's the one you'd need to link your Steam account to in order to recover that previous progress.

    I am writing to clarify a previous issue with my account. After double-checking, I realize I provided an incorrect account email earlier. My correct EA account email is:

    However, I have forgotten my password and attempted to reset it through EA’s platform. Unfortunately, I received a message stating that my EA account "could not be found."

    To verify the existence and activity of this account, I have located a recharge receipt in my email associated with this address ([edit: email address removed]). I have attached the receipt to this email for your reference.

    Could you please assist me in:

    1. Restoring access to my account ([edit: email address removed]), and
    2. Resolving the "account not found" error during password reset?
