Request for Assistance with Account Transfer and Battle Pass
Hi,
My original Apex Legends account (safa7tagmo3) was hacked, so I created a temporary account (elmahrosa) to continue playing. On March 28th, 2025, I purchased the Ultimate Battle Pass on the temporary account.
Now that I have recovered my original account, I would like to transfer the Battle Pass or its value to my original account, or alternatively, transfer my original account skins to the new one since I might continue using it.
Additionally, I have a rare Heirloom on my original account, and it would be a significant loss if it were to be permanently tied to the hacked account. This situation isn’t my fault — it’s an issue with your company not adequately protecting user accounts.
I have contacted EA Help and did not receive a helpful response. I am now reaching out for your support to either transfer my Battle Pass to my original account or ensure that my skins and Heirloom are accessible on the new account.
If transferring my skins is not possible, I request that you grant the Ultimate Battle Pass on my original account.
I have attached the purchase receipt as proof.
