Returning player

I was banned in 2022 by mistake which it was overturned in 2025 now I played mostly on my PS4 version where I spent a decent amount of money and now none of that is transferring over to my PS five account. I am trying to see what I can do because I had Spent so much money on this game along with buying the octane edition if I need to pull transaction histories, I can do that. I would like this issue to be fixed because it was a wrongful ban or a mis-ban because I was level 400 and something and now I’m level 19 with no skins and no legends unlocked
