why cant i connect to london?

hiya ea. long time apex player here. after your server change to amazons service i have lost the option to connect to london on the xbox one. yet my boyfriend is able to connect to london no problem. there is no point in saying "connect to eu cent" as that is 270 ping and is unplayable. i wanna play apex with my boyfriend, please tell me how to fix or fix this asap as i wanna play in the events and not lag half way across a fight dealing no damage(hit reg not working) and my upper right corner being filled with red error symbols.
