@EA_Aljo Yes for sure, i have a feeling UOTrace is not that acccurate but still i followed everything on EA.
Just know before this i have never had any problem sir, i average the following on all servers:
Singapore 1: 110ms, 0 %Loss and 0 Choke
London:: 150ms, 0 %Loss and 0 Choke
Belgium GCE 1: 140ms, 0 %Loss and 0 Choke
Tokyo : 165ms, 0 %Loss and 0 Choke
I am going to add Europe to this too so you understand what I mean. I am using 159.153.72.252 this on UOTrace.
Your test looks pretty good. What country are you in?

We've heard of others in Pakistan with the same experience. It's very possible this is due to an issue with the ISP. So far, we're not aware of any issues on our end with Pakistan specifically. The Code:Net issue is being investigated, but it also can be caused by general connection problems. This is why we need to go through troubleshooting to see if anything stands out.
So far, your test shows high pings at the end of the trace. That would be due to the distance between you and the test server. If you've already tried all the troubleshooting we can offer, unfortunately, there wouldn't be anything else I could suggest.

Since it's a small number of the overall population of players that are reporting this, it's not been determined that the update is causing this to happen. Regardless, we're well aware of the reports and if there are any updates, we'll make an announcement.

Well, all i can say it has happened in some update between Jan 11 2021 and March 23 2021, since that was the time i didn't use the PC and did no updates until yesterday evening. And today when i wanted to play, it took me roughly 5-6 tries to get into the lobby (and last try i let it load roughly 10 minutes), and i had to reconnect my Origin account to Steam on the last try in order to get past infinite loading screen (and it randomly gave me that screen to connect me to the origin account, which i had done in the past so i dont know why that was needed again), then it took good 5-10 minutes for the lobby to sort itself out and i had some lag few games, and last match it tried to connect never did so, and didn't let me to cancel/quit it either. And when i tried to restart the game the infinite loading screen began again.
And no, its not the internet on my end (as every moderator on every game forum will say) as all other games work 100% no lag and this game worked too before in January.
And according to the internet there are almost over 20000 reports of server issues/infinite loading screen problems for 24th March alone, so its not just ''some players'' or ''minority'' 😉

NY servers are lagging bad right now. 3 matches in a row everyone is warping around. so dumb. this is a daily thing. I have not had a "slo-mo" game yet today so I guess that's a good thing... too bad it's still early and it's likely to happen b y the end of the night.
Last night I was in the middle of shooting someone I lagged and my gun magically turned into a mastiff from a volt... no i did not pick anything up... no the volt was not on the ground... it just disappeared and my gun turned into a mastiff. Then I switch weapons and my flatline would only shoot single fire. I was livid. game is so broken.
game is dead. Anyone with 2 brain cells to rub together knows that the servers are lagging as soon as they drop in. to say that this is not a widespread issue is crazy. it's every damn night for everyone in the game.

There are millions of Apex players. Not that 20,000 is a small number, but in relation to the overwhelming amount of people playing without issue, it means we need to troubleshoot individually.

Well yes of course, there may be bunch of different variations in play and it takes time, and not everybody has patience to report or just post somewhere since over the years old gamers have gotten used to the fact that servers are not that good for Ubisoft/EA online games as for other AAA titles. So nobody knows how many actually experience the issues other than official forums and downtime report pages. And none of the ''fixes'' mentioned across the net have fixed it so far (other than adding -dev in advance launch options, that works for some guys and gets them into the lobby/seems to speed up load times for some reason)
Its just painful for me and my mates when we have spent money in thousands to support the development of Apex and keep the cool stuff coming but wont be able to play due to some errors in the updates, so that frustrates the hell out of us, but these things happen. I just hope this thing will get sorted soon and the ''minority'' is not forgotten or discarded 🙂 . As an ex game and mods developer i know very well that one false move in coding and all goes to hell, and mistakes are sometimes hard to notice. So we will just wait and see how this works out 😉

@EA_Aljo i am also having the same prob. i also live in pakistan and the servers suck. u r blaming us for the fault that u made. give us our servers back bcoz everybody has different ISP and it the whole pakistani community is facing it. i tried all the troubleshooting methods which were mentioned by the ea people but nothing worked bcoz it is definitely a prob form ur side and not ours. fix the code:net * and let us play the game. stop ghosting us just bcoz we r a small community. i've not been able to play for 3 weeks ever since the update came out for apex. the game lags so much i also lag in the firing range and in the lobby too.. PLEASE DO SOMETHING AND SHOW MERCY.

- Code-_-Leaf-_-005 years agoRising Hotshot@EA_Aljo I tried all of the trouble shooting steps ea Kent told me and I don't have problems with non ea games . If the issue was with my isp then other games wouldn't run fine . If you blame the isp my reply to you is that players using multiple isps are facing code net error from the same time since the ring fury update . The game is unplayable for us and nobody wants to fix this issue. There is clearly a problem of connection with ea servers. When a streamer faces this issue then it's fixed in hours but we have been facing this problem since 2 weeks now and cannot play the game. EA dosent update why it's not getting fixed .

The code net issue is being investigated, but since this can be caused by general connection issues, we also need to go through troubleshooting.
- 5 years ago@EA_Aljo we are loosing another game season cause of failed apex updates. to tell u the truth i have no mood going into more appeals and experiment with possible solutions that wont work. r we gonna get any free levels to the battle pass in case we manage somehow to finish it or its a waste of time ?

so
a month has passed since my initial post
game has still issues. most common issues are the huge spike lags, fps drop and getting my teammates disconnected so i always land solo
game experience has gone from bad to worst.
i still have NO update on my issues. in 10 games only 2 are playable.
is EA going to make an announcement about these issues? are we gonna get refunded / or lvl rewarded for the battle pass?
is anyone going to answer me and tell me what to do?
