RP not updating after server downtime in apex legends ranked leagues

On July 8 at 4:48 PM Atlantic Standard Time (AST), I won a ranked match in Apex Legends. At the exact time of the victory, the servers went down. When the servers came back up, I logged into the game and noticed that while it displayed that I had won the match and gained 303 RP, the RP was not correctly added to my account. The RP bar did not go up accordingly.

Could someone from the community or support team confirm if there are any known issues related to RP not updating correctly after server downtime? What are the next steps I should take to resolve this?
