RP problem Apex

Yesterday I played Apex and on the quick menu after winning my game in "experience" it said that I only had a few points left before going diamond so I restarted straight away then won another game and it said that I was finally diamond, then I come back to the lounge and it said that I hadn't even moved, nothing, still platinum 1 at the same point as before I started my games, so I play again at night and I finally go diamond 4. Then the next day, today, back to platinum 1 as if everything I had done was for nothing, so what's the point of me playing if it's for nothing, give me diamond back or fix this bug what I don't even know if I'm playing or if I'm playing for nothing
