RX5700XT / I7700k stuttering ingame on a 1440p monitor.(Apex legends)

Hello guys

I have a big problem since the last update, my game is stuttering everytime im fighting or when i enter in a building.

Those stutter are random and very strange .

I did a clean reinstall of my PC but i still have this stuttering i tryed many things to optimize my game but nothing works .

* CPU usage ingame : 60%  

   Max temp 75c°

* GPU usage ingame : 99%

   Max temp 82c°(junction temp)

* RAM usage ingame : 8GB

**Some things that i tried :**

* DDU

* Installed old rodeon update

* Installed all drivers

* Changed my thermale paste(CPU)

* Did an agressive fan curve

* Update/reset my bios

* Overclocked my cpu

* Caping fps

* Tryed Freesync

* Tryed RTSS

* GPU : RX 5700 XT saphire nitro +

* CPU : intel i7700k

* Motherboard : Z270 MSI krait gaming

* Ram : 32 GB Corsair Withe LED Vegeance

* Cooling : Corsair Cooling Hydro Series H100 v2

* PSU : Corsair RM 650x

* SSD : evo 860 (1TB)

* Monitor : Odyssey G7 / 27 1440p
