says ea credentials have expired on my ps4 apex, but the email is a old one
i logon to my Ps4 Apex and it pops up saying that my ea credentials have expired but i cant reset password because of it being a old email and i cant access the old email. and i try to delete and reinstalled apex but the message still pops up ive contacted ea at least over 10+ times and they couldn't Unlink or even delete the account cause they think im not the owner.
does this mean i will have to start over again on apex?

If you no longer have access to the original email address that was linked to your PS4 account, the only way around this would be contacting support to try and verify that old account so an advisor can change that email address for you.
If they weren't able to verify ownership of the account, I'm afraid we won't be able to make any changes to the account, which would include unlinking or deleting anything attached to it.
You're welcome to reach back out to an advisor if you can think of any other information to help verify the account, but without that verification I'm afraid we wouldn't be able to help out with this account.
