I got it to work but now it’s just another case

No, now it’s just a regular case that I’m hoping will get fixed. After this case I won’t be making another case, at 11:58 yesterday my previous case file said that it had been “fixed” It wasn’t.
I’ll just cut my losses and just never buy anything from the Apex store again.
Not really much I can do even after 7-8 cases and every single one of them having had proof of purchase attached to them I’ve got no help, thanks anyway and you know what else I’m not even eligible for a refund 😂 absolutely ridiculous just take my money EA
