Scarlett solo 4 no mic signal in Apex audio settings

Question

Its crazy. My scarlett is set as the default mic in windows sound settings, and made sure all apps including apex has permission to the mic with the scarlett as the selection.

There's good signal. Audacity records the mic fine, i can make zoom calls...but when I go into the audio settings in Apex, it doesnt read a signal from the mic at all.

I've made sure the chat was assigned to the default option and i tried to select the scarlett directly, but still no signal. Regardless if i have it on tap to talk, or open.

Has anyone else had this issue?

Frustrating! If your mic works elsewhere, try running Apex as admin, checking input settings, or disabling exclusive mode in Windows sound settings. Hope this helps!
