Scope moving away from enemy

Hi, recently i've discovered something weird while using scopes in game while playing any gamemode beyond Training or Firing range. Basically this problem causes my Scoped aim to flick from enemy that i'm currently aiming at. It happens sometimes, not every time but it's annoying as hell. I can be perfectly aimed at player and my scope suddenly snaps to the right top corner of my screen for few inches. I've never seen something like that before and i don't have any troubles with my mouse or in other games beyond Apex. Soo i wonder if it's some kind of bug or my game is broken (even if i've verified files of the game) or if it's some kind of new cheat that's not allowing to target people... idk.
