Screen turns blue during a game.

While im playing the game, all the black colors go blue. Everything that is black color even after turning of pc goes blue.I think this happens during heaving explosions from grenades, or high amount of gun fight( not sure tho). I have to turn off/on my monitor for it to go back to normal. Not to mention I have been crashing without error since im an AMD user ( Really regret being one).
