Season 10 Ranked Diamond Rewards Missing

Season 10 ranked Diamond rewards missing (i.e., weapon charm, dive trail). Am I doing something wrong? I re-logged in, and they are still missing post-update. Help, please! Thank you! -Scientia

 i don't receive s10 dive trail too, and weapon charm reward too from rank.
