I just updated my pc from a 2070 to a 3070 ti. I noticed however that before I did that I was suddenly having weird stuttering issues. For instance, my game would be running at 130-165 fps constantly...

Do you have G-sync enabled?
@Revangelion my monitor is g sync,but i tried turning it off and didnt help

@dynam1ck man u dont see right top corner,ofc there is on 27 inch monitor and specially on some fast action
