I never received my top 5% ranked badge? What are my new t steps?

xRUCUx When that Rumble had ended, were you still in the top 5%, or did other players take your placement?
If you have a badge from that Rumble, and its a top 10%, 20%, etc. that means you were bumped out of the top 5% placement threshold.
