I have not experienced this before. I was just reset from silver 4 to bronze 4. I am a newer player. I know that this has happened in the past but cannot find a definitive post about a solution. I am on PS5.

apparently there were still some stragglers and the team released an additional fix. Please let us know if you got your ranks and RP back now.
You might have to play a match, and you'll then see a large RP boost. Also, all affected players got granted 1 Apex Pack.
