Season 5 Master badge showing as bronze badge

My season 5 master badge is showing as a bronze badge. In my season stats it shows me as master for the first half, and platinum after the split. My badge for the season showing as bronze is in error and that was a lot of time and effort to get a bronze badge.

    It's been half a month and they still can't fix it, I've never seen a game so bad, the loss of players is completely expected, who dares to invest a lot of money and time into an ea game?
