sensitivity keeps changing in game

Was just struggling with this in game, I believe the fix for me was just turning my PC off and on again. I did uninstall razer synapse 2.0 however I don't think that was the fix for it.

does it happens also in Training mode ?

I have the same issue when my frames drops but not in training mode

Hey @Kquzu, does you other settings save and is it only sensitivity that does not stick?

Razer Synapse is meta data collecting consider getting an alternate their software is inept and intrusive, It can and does interfere with programs when it should not it's just a Mouse and the settings should be stored on it and not from a macro program

Corsair M65 mouse, same issue for me.  Hasn't happened in CS:GO or Overwatch for me but perhaps it is the mouse.  Not sure yet.  My DPI is set to 400, and twice now while in a fight the DPI changes to what feels like approximately 100 for 10 seconds or so until I die.  No input lag, but the mouse just moves roughly a quarter of the distance it previously did.  I have never reproduced it in training mode, and it's hard to reproduce, but it's there and it ruins games.  I'll be purchasing a different mouse to test further, and I'll follow up. 

Edit: in my case, embarrasingly enough, I believe it was because I didn't realize that arc stars "stun" you which reduces aim sensitivity for the duration of the stun.  I'm guessing that was the reason.  Figured it out as soon as it happened with another mouse.  Lol.  Although it would be interesting to see if anyone could effectively use the quick DPI mouse settings to basically undo the stun right away and then switch back to original DPI after it ends.

In case of my Steelseries Rival 100, mouse button 6 is configured as CPI toggle by default and its located right behind the scroll button.. I have reconfigured this as to not accidently press this button.. If you think it's software then you might consider editing Apex\local\settings.cfg since one of the latest updates Apex for example doesnt change model detail by changing it in menu anymore (maybe bug) and you have to manually edit the videoconfig file.. Maybe there are some more bugs

I am also suffering from something so similar. On my desktop my mouse is fine, when I launxch apex and go into the game it's like the game decides to turn my sensitivity up.. 

Seriously annoying and I have looked around and nothing has changed in my end.ibahev disabled dpi change on my mouse (Logitech g503) and it's still doing it.

Anyone else got a fix for this? I have restarted the PC and tried and it sometimes works but not all that often.
