Server are laggin big time

What is happening right now ? Im trying to play the game, yet i`m constantly lagging and i`m straight up teleporting back ..... The problem is from 2-3 hours ago, and its still the same. Just check...

Yes, when you see 100% loss, that usually means that hop isn't allowing pings. However, you're showing 89.6, 89.7 and 96.2. You also have very high ping times. This is all occurring before you reach our servers. What system are you playing on? Also, you could try opening the ports for Apex Legends. They are listed here: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/opening-tcp-or-udp-ports-for-connection-issues/. You can get some help with this at www.portforward.com.

Please see attached 350 packets ran right now and none of those 3 routers responded, in game it shows my packet loss as 0, i play with people from EU and they even agree the servers are broken they always seeing the networking indicators

The 6th hop is showing high ping times. The next 3 aren't allowing pings so we can't see what's going on with them, but the ones after are showing higher ping times. Which most likely means the ones not returning data are also experiencing high pings. Regardless, it's looking like the issue is with that hop. Can you try pinging the European server also? I'd like to see if there are similar results. The IP is in the instructions for the UO Trace.

I am playing from South Africa... We not lucky enough to have local servers... These "high pings" are perfect during the day, but when night time comes and everyone is not at work and playing games and the servers are taking strain that is when the issues occur.
Apex servers have never been in a good state, i know plenty of Europeans who all play with 20-30ms that experience the exact same issues.
I play Overwatch on 160ms and have 0 issues i have over 1000 hours in the game and never ever have i had any issues...

That same hop is still spiking. This isn't an issue with our servers as it's happening before you reach them.

Hop 6 is me landing in London hops 1 to 5 is my local traffic I.E Cape Town traffic hop 6 is when i exit South Africa into EU at London Telehouse it is not spiking from cape town south africa to London UK takes 141ms

That is occurring before you reach our servers. That's not something we can fix. Did you try opening the ports as suggested?
