Server Error: An error occurred on the server while trying to buy Raptor's Claw

I have 150 Heirloom Shards and I want to buy the Raptor's Claw. However, it gave me "Server Error: An error occurred on the server. Please try again later". I have tried changing servers, restarting ...

Hey @Ddawg224,

We're aware of the server error showing up currently, sorry for any confusion.

The Raptor's Claw heirloom is not currently purchasable until after the event. The server error will be removed shortly, but if you're looking to pick up the Raptor's Claw using heirloom shards it is only purchasable once the event ends.

@DustBiterrrr Its a visual bug as for me it says its currently obtainable in the event, (which lasts for the whole season of S23).

  Hey did you find a work around to the error ? i’m having the same problem as you. I’m guessing as to what midnight said we will have to wait until the raptor’s claw event ends ?

    @HypeRDooby, @Mauling & @JamobileBiceps Sadly, its a visual bug as its still in an event. From what I understand, you would have to wait for the event to end before it can be unlocked with Heirloom Shards.

My friend got his heirloom shards and was able to purchase it as soon as the Bloodhount recolour was available... Are you sure it's just a visual bug and that we still have to wait until the end of the season?

  Ok I tried it out, when you got to the store and look at the raptor's claw, then go back to the mythics shop, you will see that it's obtainable through an event. However, if you look at the Bloodhound recolour, you go back to the shop, and the Raptor's claw is at 150 heirloom shards, but it's not purchasable. So I guess, we still have to wait 19 days.

  Yeah this makes sense. The karambit is not still available in the event so I don't understand why it would not be available on the market...
