Server Error: An error occurred on the server while trying to buy Raptor's Claw

I have 150 Heirloom Shards and I want to buy the Raptor's Claw. However, it gave me "Server Error: An error occurred on the server. Please try again later". I have tried changing servers, restarting ...

Hey @Ddawg224,

We're aware of the server error showing up currently, sorry for any confusion.

The Raptor's Claw heirloom is not currently purchasable until after the event. The server error will be removed shortly, but if you're looking to pick up the Raptor's Claw using heirloom shards it is only purchasable once the event ends.

@DustBiterrrr Its a visual bug as for me it says its currently obtainable in the event, (which lasts for the whole season of S23).

Hey did you find a work around to the error ? i’m having the same problem as you. I’m guessing as to what midnight said we will have to wait until the raptor’s claw event ends ?

  @HypeRDooby, @Mauling & @JamobileBiceps Sadly, its a visual bug as its still in an event. From what I understand, you would have to wait for the event to end before it can be unlocked with Heirloom Shards.

    That does not make any sense for most of the community to get a "visual error" that is interactive and allows you to click through most of the options.
