SERVER ERROR when buying skin with Apex coins. SCAM?

I tried to buy the skin "Angel City Pacer" for Pathfinder. It said I need to add 1800 Apex coins to purchase it so I bought 2150 Apex coins. When I try to buy this skin I only get "SERVER ERROR" and ...

Holy * man.... EA step up your games.. This should be an EASY fix. Either you gift everyone how many APEX coins they spent (although, since there's literally nothing to buy with them, its useless) or refund our purchases. There's no way in HELL anyone is ever going to have 12,000 crafting material.... You have to spend money to get the skin REGARDLESS, either in form of Apex Packs or Coins.

Sadly it seems like we just have to consider it a donation towards the game

      Hi all, when exactly did you try to make this purchase? Do you still see Pathfinder's Angel City Pacer skin on the store page? Do you have the option for the Valentine's skins?

      My guess is that your local store page didn't update when the skin rotated out, or the option to buy directly wasn't correctly removed from the skin page. 

      As well as the info above, can I check your region, and if everyone affected by this is on PC?

        It's on pc. The valentine skins has taken it's spot in the store now. EU.

        I do not remember exactly when I first tried but it has been many days.

        I tried to purchase it directly on the legend.

        I guess this means we will not be able to get this skin anymore as it has been rotated out? Only bought this Apex coins as the game told me to buy Apex coins if I want to unlock this skin for Pathfinder. I been in contact with support four times and I was never told that the skin has been rotated out, they said that I just need to wait for it to be resolved and after that I would get this skin. That the game studio was aware and working on a fix.

        I had all the contact with support sent to my email if you want to see for yourself.
