Server shutting down
Playing on xbox series x and every time I try to load up it keeps saying server shutting down - internal server error. I tried playing on another account and it works fine. Idk if what's going on.

Hi. I am also having the same issue on my xbox series x. I checked the link you sent and everything is in order.
Its wired up with the router beside it. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the game along with restarting my router and I am still having the same issue. I check my connection and everything is fine. Also tried several data centers with no success.
Not sure where to go from here.

Can we also try changing the DNS to test and see if that makes a difference? I've seen cases in the past where using a different DNS can help with issues like this.You can update the DNS settings using the following steps:
1. Open your Xbox Settings2. Select General
3. Select Network
4. Choose Advanced Settings
5. Select DNS Settings
6. Select Manual
7. Enter 8.8.8.8 as the Primary DNS and 8.8.4.4 as the Secondary DNS. This is the public Google DNS, but I've also heard that using the public Cloudflare DNS can also help (Primary DNS: 1.1.1.1)
8. Save the changes
