Server timeout error in apex legend on matchmaking screen.

Getting server timeout error each time I enter a match as being displayed in the attachment. I have shown the speed and error in attachments. I have tried to change the DNS to fix the issues but it did not work. Also tried to change apex launch option in steam still not working. I have tried changing in game servers and no luck there too. I also get a penalty each time due to this error. Would be thankful if someone provided some fix to this error.
