Hey everyone,
Can you try out our network guide and see if that helps you.
If that don't work let me know what you did. 🙂
Thanks!

When i saw this game was EA my heart broke because it looks so fun but it seems they dont give a carp about their own customers. I have the same issue. I also have the same exact issue on battlefront 2. Every other non-EA game runs perfectly. No lag and rarely get server timeouts. Please EA fire whoever is in charge of synthesizing the feedback from customers because it seems like we're all just talking to a wall here.

Happens randomly on both main menu and in-game. Game freezes for ~5 seconds then runs for like 1 second and kicks me to main menu with error - Connection to server timed out. See ea.com/unable-to-connect for additional information.
I am getting the same freezes and disconnects in Titanfall 2 too at the moment. Seems to be packet loss.

Same happens to me, I like the game.. but this is getting annoying. And why would it give connection problems mid game or in the menu? this clearly is a EA connection problem not ours.

I’ve done all of this 10+ times and even deleted and redownloaded this game.
Texas / nextlink isp / ps4
This is the only game I’m having this issue with as I can play two other BR games with zero issues. Also two other of my buddies are having this issue both with AT&T in Texas

The guide didn't feel me at all. However, I resolved the issue. I did all of this, in this order:
Updated the GPU drivers
Redownloaded the game onto my SSD
Checked and reset my router and modem
Checked my NAT, ports and did a ping test
Since none of these worked, I tried one last thing. What finally solved it was updating my Ethernet port drivers. Thanks.

This is also an issue with me and a few of my friends. The game does boot, but after a short amount of time (typically a minute or so) inevitably we get the same timed out error after the game freezing up for a bit. At this point I'm fairly certain it's not an issue related to networking and rather a bug. Also, quite a few people I've talked to with this problem (including myself) have AMD FX-6300 CPUs. Is this the case for anyone else here? I'm hoping to see this issue resolved quickly because it appears to be preventing a lot of people from playing the game..
edit: I am also in the midwest US region if that helps
edit2: yes i followed the guide to no avail
