servers issue having 300 ping constantly

hello, im in south africa region playing on PC and i usually play on asian servers usually in the singapour one and i usually got like between 90 to 100 ping but since like two weeks im getting constantly 300 ping server and it telling that the best server are the europe server where i get around 200 ping like the belgium one. i try to change my connection, switching to wifi and came back to ethernet uninstall and re install the game, reset my router change to play on ea app and came back to steam but nothing change im still getting 300 ping. if someone have a solution please help me.
