Set 2K Resolution PC
when I launch Apex I only get options for <1080p I want to play in 2K, I looked in all the cfg files and didn't see another option there... how can I set the game to 2K? other games see 2k as a res ...

I've already checked there, theres no settings for resolution there
Should be just here: 
If not then try adding it to the file if its not there
just added those options, still launches in 1080p
