Shadow banned

Hey my gamer tag on apex is s0cia1_anxi8tyTV and I really enjoy the game but there is one bro Len I think me and my friend have gotten shadow banned every time we play together it’s hackers and ores ...

Yeah, sorry, I haven't been banned, but wondered if I've been relegated to a cheaters lobby. when I go to the page:

and click on the Contact us page

https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/?product=ea-desktop&platform=pc&category=manage-my-account&issue=banned-or-suspended-account

I get "Page not Found".... maybe because I have not "officially" been banned.... maybe I'll wait until there's a chat so I can talk to someone live.
