Shadow Society Event bug

Hello Friends, I think I encountered a bad bug in the game.
You know, Shadow Society Events has a 4-pack and that's what I bought.
But unfortunately he threw 1 package instead of 4 packages.
Then I went to YouTube to see if I had misunderstood. When I watch the videos, when they buy a 4-pack, they can open a 4-pack. So I realized that the problem was not with me, but entirely with the game.
I tried buying a 4 pack from the list again but it still gave me the same 1 pack.
So in total I bought the 4-pack twice.
I opened 2 cases when I should have opened 8 cases in total.
Unfortunately, my remaining 6 Shadow Society Event packs are missing :/
I submitted a ticket regarding this issue, a few other people like me had this problem, they said they were working on it, I was told to stay tuned.
If there are respected people to speed up the process, can they get any date or response regarding this situation from higher ups 🙂 ?
