Two days later now and still no sign of the pack I purchased. There is no easy support solution that I can find which allows me to contact someone directly at ea for help. I’m getting impatient as this has still not been resolved and there are no support options.
I asked the customer service yesterday and he contacted the engineer and said that this phenomenon is happening now, let's launch a post to get attention, but I think we have limited influence and the event is only two weeks away, what should we do?
Awesome. Thank you so much. The ea support seems to be so difficult to achieve anything. I would’ve never known how to contact them.
