Singapore server connects me to Singapore GCE by mistake sometimes

Good day,

I live at United Arab Emirates and I always play on Singapore (80-100 ping). Sometimes I get connected to Singapore GCE (380-450 ping) as an alternative to find faster games, which is absurd and not playable at all. It would still show that my chosen server is Singapore if I press ESC, but the ping obviously belongs to other server. This happens around in like 20-30% of my games, since season 7 has started. I assume there is an error, making the system think as if Singapore and Singapore GCE are the same thing as Belgium GCE 1-2-3, because the difference is massive.
Would be great to know how to solve this. If that helps, my ISP is Etisalat and I have 250 mb/sec download speed and 100 mb/sec upload speed. I never have any issues with my net, as well as any other online games.
