Skill distribution

I played with one of my friends and I didn’t know he was a higher rank than I am. I’m playing with people way way wayyyy out of my league and evrrytime I drop I die, I can’t even get a chance to fight. I want my skill distribution to where it was before at the middle of the skill distribution because I’m playing with champs and predators and I’m only a silver…
