Skins I was planning to purchase were lost due to Hot Drop initialization

I had a problem with the April hot drop.

When I logged in and checked the hot drop, a skin called Octane OverDrive had appeared for 1000 Apex coins.

Then, I logged out to make a payment and logged in again, and the hot drop had been initialized.

When I checked, the Octane OverDrive skin had disappeared.

When I inquired about it, they promised to make it appear in the next hot drop, but they broke their promise.
