Slow start up and longer time rendering in game items

My game usually starts in no time from the Respawn screen to the apex loading screen and choosing the servers..etc  today when i started the game it took a good solid 2 to 3 minutes to move to each ...

I think i have the similar issue, yesterday everything was fine running with 100 fps smooth, turned off my pc, today i wanted to play ive no big issues in the menu or at loading screen, but ingame i got only like 25-30 fps. and picture is blurry. Its unplayable :/

    That's weird... everything was running smooth and .. Now, it's a total mess. Also there are severe framerate issues.. framestutters and drops. I'm linking my DxDiag file in case devs needed it to pin-point the issue.
