Small flashing black squares on apex

I get tiny flashing black squares on my screen when I try to play Apex any help ? My game crashes after a short period of time. And it just turned off my series x as I’m typing this. Any help? Apex i...

That sounds like either overheating or a defective GPU. 

Clean the GPU fan, vents and heatsink then play with lower graphics quality settings to check if the issue is resolved.

You can try updating or reinstalling the video drivers just to be sure but I do not think that is the issue.
