Solution for the infinite black loading screen and disconnection issues

@EA_AticIt's exactly as he described. I have to wait in the data center selection screen for 3-4 min for the cpu usage to drop from 100% to 20-30% ish so i can click ok. Then the black loop sceen goes away instantly like it did before. No crashing to the data screen when you wait.

Then again in the main menu i had to wait 1-2min for the CPU usage to drop from the same 100% usage to 20%. After that i could browse game modes without crashing.

Edit: I have the latest windows version, the latest nvidia drivers, the latest chipset and bios drivers. I also reinstalled the game and nothing makes the bug go away. There is no way it's on the users end.
