Returned to Apex After 2 Years, Heartbroken to Find My Account Reset to Level 1

After two years of preparing for my postgraduate entrance exams, I finally have time to play this game again. But to my surprise, my account level has reset to 1, with all in-game currency, skins, and other items wiped clean—though my achievements still show on the Steam login interface.

I fell deeply in love with this game two years ago when I first discovered it. Even though my old laptop could only run Apex at 30 FPS, my passion never wavered. During Season 14, I purchased the Battle Pass and barely ate in the final days, grinding tirelessly to complete it before the deadline. I finally secured the ultimate skin.

Now, with a new computer ready, I logged in only to find all my progress gone. This left me heartbroken—it felt like cherished memories of ranking up with friends had vanished too. I sincerely hope EA can help me recover my lost data.
