Some info on crashes... For me - Pathfinder problem?

So i got problem with constant crashes on PC.. Every single match my game just crash randomly....
But i played game for about 30 mins without crash for first time in few days.. I finish my second match and start third...
I pick, for first time in 30 mins, Pathfindera... Also it was first time i saw Pathfinder on my team and game just instantly crash... As soon as we jump game crash...
So maybe problem is with some champs... 
Just hope you'll find fix quick i rly like this game...
