Someone bought an heirloom with my shards when I was away, want refund

Someone bought the wrong heirloom on my account when I was away. I didn’t want to spend them until I was back and he had boughten one I didn’t want. I would like a refund on my shards to buy the one ...

    Sorry to say @alonetaco but if you allow others access to your account then you are responsible for any actions they may take.

    We are not able to return your items or reverse the action.


    I'd recommend putting a password on your device.

so there's no way to refund the credits or get me in contact with someone who can?

Hey @georgegi10 as I said above, if you allow others access to your account then you are responsible for any action they take.

If they spend your in-game currency or break the rules then it is on you.

    Please let me refund I don’t want this stupid heirloom it was a accidental purchase you can take it off my account and give me the other one I accidentally bought hopes dawn when I wanted hopes dusk if you can I will do anything for the hopes dusk please EA log into my account and take off the hopes dawn and put in hopes dusk
