Someone bought an heirloom with my shards when I was away, want refund

Someone bought the wrong heirloom on my account when I was away. I didn’t want to spend them until I was back and he had boughten one I didn’t want. I would like a refund on my shards to buy the one ...

Sorry to say @alonetaco but if you allow others access to your account then you are responsible for any actions they may take.

We are not able to return your items or reverse the action.

I'd recommend putting a password on your device.

Hi I had the same thing happen to me but it was my brother who logged in on my computer and purchased the heirloom without me knowing. I did not give anyone access to my account, it was my brother who knew the pin to my computer. Please help me refund the shards. He purchased Octanes heirloom, and I wanted wraiths. Please help me, I didn't give out my info to anyone.

Hey @113luv there is nothing that we can do in situations such as this, if you allow others access to your system then you are responsible for their actions.

I'd recommend changing your computer password so as to ensure that this cannot happen again.
