    Hey @smrtviv,

    Depending on when those earlier packs were opened, it's possible this feature was not active at the time.

    Please see the post below (the Show more section), as this should now be working normally for eligible packs.

@EA_Mako So are we getting our progress back? or refund in Rare Apex packs?
