Startup Failure 'requires DirectX11.0 feature level video card'

After successfully downloading the game, I receive this error which says my computer requires DirectX 11.0 feature level video card, however my Direct X Diagnostic Tool tells me I have the DirectX 11 version on my computer.

Any help on whatever hardware/software I have to install to run the game is appreciated (sorry, I'm not very good with computers).
